Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the school management system operated by Mora Soft International Schools. By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the system.
1. Who may use the system
The system is for students enrolled at Mora Soft International Schools, their parents and guardians, and staff. Accounts are issued by the school; there is no public registration and you may not create an account for yourself. Access ends when your relationship with the school ends.
2. Your account
- Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
- Choose a password you do not use elsewhere.
- Tell the school at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Where an account belongs to a child, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising its use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to reach records you have not been given access to, or work around the limits placed on your role;
- copy, extract or publish other people's personal information, including other students, families or staff;
- upload malicious software, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or harassing;
- probe, scan or attempt to disrupt the system, or place automated load on it;
- use the system to send unsolicited messages.
Information you see here about other people — a child's records, a family's contact details — is confidential. Use it only for the purpose you were given it, and do not pass it on.
4. Accuracy of records
The school works to keep records accurate, but mistakes happen. Tell us if something about you or your child is wrong and we will correct it. Where a record here differs from the school's official documentation, the official documentation governs.
5. Fees and payments
Invoices, receipts and balances shown here are a record of transactions processed by the school office. The system does not take payments: it holds no card or bank details and cannot charge you. Any balance shown is indicative, and the school's own accounts are authoritative if the two disagree.
6. Content you upload
You keep ownership of documents and photographs you upload. You grant the school permission to store and use them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Upload only material you have the right to share, and do not upload other people's personal information without their agreement.
7. Ownership
The software, its design and the school's own materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use them only to the extent needed to use the system for its intended purpose.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the system available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and features may change. It is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached, if an account appears to be compromised, or when your relationship with the school ends. Records are retained afterwards as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Mora Soft International Schools operates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
